Emptying trucks with air operated diaphragm pump

The Verderair air operated diaphragm pump is very suitable for truck unloading. Because of generating a high flow there is only little time needed to unload a truck. Besides Verderair offers safe working conditions. The pump is operating without any sealing and is therefore 100% leak free.

At the picture on the right side you will see a VA80 installed near a tank. This pump complies with Atex and is used for emptying trucks with a contents of 25 m³ methanol. The selected pump needs about 30 minutes to empty the truck.
